If I lived in Tel Aviv it would be my local. Great stuff. This place is a legendary institution in Tel Aviv, open around the clock. Great service, fair prices and good food (plates could be a bit bigger). Overall great place for coffee or cold beer after shopping in the market or nice chill before/after clubbing or bar tour.
