The signs of recovery seen in H1 are being confirmed. Take-up since the beginning of the year has totalled 1,207,900 sqm (406,200 in Q3), i.e. +32% y-o-y. Although take-up remains below its long-term average (-26%), the gap is gradually narrowing as the economic situation improves.
Occupiers’ confidence is gradually returning, encouraging them to act on their needs and conclude transactions. Performance over the first nine months have provided an optimistic outlook for the Paris region business sector, particularly Paris city, as well as reference peripheral business sectors such as the Western Crescent and La Défense.
