This past year has been one of immense challenges for Chef Alexander Sakhnovskiy, from building a business amid wars and missile attacks to risking everything he has worked for. Despite these obstacles, perseverance and hope have led to two incredible milestones: the birth of his son and the opening of Gaijin Izakaya. Gaijin Izakaya, a true labor of love, is dedicated to offering Tel Aviv an unparalleled Japanese dining experience.
