Tel Aviv Restaurants M25 %sep% %search_query%Forget what you know about meat… last time I was there, which i have to admit was global pandemia… I ordered something that when I courageously told the waiter, everyone around the table looked at me with fear and a sense of deference. It was young lamb’s spinal cord. I did notice it on the display as I walked in and I was ready for it. It was absolutely phenomenal. Not sure how to describe it: something like a sausage, but much more delicate and airy. I kind of soft meaty puff. A dream! That’s not to say that the rest of the dishes were not good. The meat is of the highest standard, all hand picked from organic breeders. We went through the whole range of cuts, but all I could think of was the baby lamb’s spine…oh, and they opened a butcher’s shop… a must try!
