Tel Aviv has the ”fast food” Sushi places which run on those looking to enjoy the delicacy on a budget, as well as more family-friendly spots that offer options beyond sushi, having sometimes even noodle dishes and of course, a Japanese version of Israel’s beloved schnitzel fried chicken.
And then, of course, Tel Aviv has a large selection of trendy sushi restaurants that will impress any sushi lover from anywhere on the planet.One of our all time favorites is Moon. Located on Bograshov Street in Tel Aviv’s City Centre, Moon has been in business for close to twenty years. The menu, large and unwieldily, can seem a bit much, with a large variety of rolls of every type, style, and ingredient available. We highly recommend checking it out and advise to book ahead, as it is one of the Tel Aviv’s top sushi spots, it is always quite full. Fu is another one of our favorite sushi restaurants in Tel Aviv and is located in the trendy Old North Quarter on Dizengoff Street.
It’s a very intimate and romantic spot, with great ambiance and the perfect place to take a date. The sushi rolls are some of the best in Tel Aviv and are very tasty and beautiful prepared. Highly recommend and we advise to also book in advance. Last, but not least, the Tel Avivi’s favorite sushi restaurant in Tel Aviv, SunYoung. Located on Brenner Street in the Lev Hair (Downtown) area of Tel Aviv, SunYoung is one of Tel Aviv’s newest and most exciting restaurants. Serving up sushi and other Pan-Asian dishes, SunYoung’s chef is preparing some of the city’s most exciting plates. The modern design of the restaurant is very trendy and the vibe Is cool and hip. Our favorite!
