Our team has been very busy arguing about announcing our ultimate favorite 2022 Tel Aviv restaurant. There have been arguments and fights around the office. You thought electing a Prime Minister was difficult… Words were said… that we are not proud of .. but we did finally come to an agreement. We all made concessions, we compromised and finally we can announce our 2022 Tel Aviv Best Restaurant Award Winner…

The restaurant is a culinary melting pot between Tel Aviv, the South of France, Morocco and Frankfurt – kitchens that Chef Assaf Gabbai was exposed to and explored in the stations of his life and are a source of inspiration for the dishes he created. Shaine offers a culinary and joyful entertainment experience that consists of fish and seafood dishes based on high-quality, fresh ingredients and diverse cooking methods.

The love of hosting creates a magical connection between nostalgic flavors and contemporary cooking techniques that turns the meal into a colorful and special experience. In the corner of the restaurant is an intimate bar that offers an alcohol and cocktail menu adapted to the dishes served on the premises.

The restaurant was opened by Chef Assaf Gabai together with his wife Nathalie, who for many years has been encouraging him to go on culinary adventures around the world, which finally led to the creation of this unique menu.
