Opened in 2017 by an Italian couple who came to settle in Israel, at the corner of Dizengoff and Gordon, this restaurant was created with love and great taste. The food is delicious – the kitchens are run by two Italian chefs with over 30 years of experience and prepare each dish with true Italian passion. The ingredients are fresh, the atmosphere is very Italian and the service is excellent! What more could you ask for?

Yes, it’s kosher (and halavi) so there’s no steak or veal Milanese, but never mind, all the dishes in the cate are to die for. We recommend the arancini (risotto croquettes) and the salmon carpaccio as starters. As a main course we recommend the ricotta ravioli (spectacular) and the spaghetti al Ragout Di Mare (also excellent). Of course, for dessert, the tiramisu is unavoidable – it’s the best tiramisu, by far, in Israel.

Pankina is a great addition to Tel Aviv’s kosher scene and an even better addition to the Italian restaurant scene. Don’t miss this hidden gem!
