The building itself was planned by Architect Alexander Levy and was built in 1936 on the ruins of Berlin’s house.The structure consists of two blocks – one circular and one rectangular. The building is covered with plaster flush called WASCHPUTS. There is a garden in the front, containing unique vegetation that emphasizes the character of the house.

Bialik Street is a street in the historic center of Tel Aviv that includes a large number of small Bauhaus-style buildings from the 1930s-1940s. It leads to the old town hall square. Bialik is one of the prettiest streets in the city, ideally located near the sea and the Carmel market. The building in question, built between 1934 and 1935 by the Friedman brothers, was restored in 2014 in accordance with the strictest conservation measures in light of the importance of the building.
