The R48 Hotel Rothschild Tel Aviv

Tel Aviv has over the past decade become of the luxury holiday destinations that tourists looking for sun, beaches, great food, thrilling nightlife, and a change from the typical Mediterranean destinations. A number of luxury boutique hotels as well as 5 star full-service hotels have opened up in the city over the past few years, including the Norman, the Drisco, the Kempinski, and the Setai. Additionally, a number of big names are set to enter the market in the coming years, including the Mandarin Oriental and the Four Seasons.

The newest addition to Tel Aviv’s luxury hospitality portfolio is the R48 Hotel and Garden, situated on the heart of Rothschild Boulevard in the Lev Hair district. An ultra-luxury property, R48 has been meticulously designed and built-out, occupying a historic Bauhaus building from the 1930’s in one of the city’s most prominent corners.

Featuring 10 spacious suites, R48 is a new type of hotel for the Tel Aviv hotel scene, offering guests a unique experience which includes a private interior garden and a classic brasserie style restaurant with a Mediterranean touch. The hotel was designed the renown French Studio Liaigre and the gardens by Piet Oudolf, the landscape architect of New York’s High Line Park.
